Do you treat patients outside of Florida?
No. Florida Coast Wellness only provides care to patients physically located in the state of Florida during consultation and treatment.
How does payment work?
Payment is due at the time of service or when medications are ordered. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. Labs, consultations, and medications may be billed separately unless included in a membership plan.
Is the program refundable?
No. All services, consultations, prescriptions, and medications are non-refundable once rendered or ordered.
When will I receive my medications?
Most patients receive their medications within 3–7 business days after lab results are reviewed and a provider approves the prescription. Delivery time may vary depending on pharmacy processing and shipping.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by submitting a written request via email or through your patient portal at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle. Late cancellations may still be charged for the upcoming period.
