Q: How does payment work?
A: Payment is collected at the time of service. We accept most credit and debit cards, as well as cash. IV parties may require a deposit. We do not accept insurance for IV therapy.
Q: Is the program refundable?
A: No. All IV services and wellness party bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit deposits or be charged a fee.

Most appointments are available within 24–48 hours, depending on provider availability. Same-day appointments may be possible. Some therapies (high-dose Vitamin C) may require lab clearance.
